I wanted to write this letter to you to let you know how pleased I was with the installation of my wood laminate on February 26th and 27th.
I have to let you know that your installers were probably the best i have had doing work for me since I moved to Florida over 20 years ago.
Your laminate team of Mark and Pete wer non stop from the minute they arrived till the last piece of laminate was installed. I have never seen a team work so well together and get the job done perfectly.
The same is true for your carpet installation team. They arrived on time, took up my old carpet and had the new carpet installed completely in no time. Willie and Danny also worked like I have not seen in Florida. They seemed to know what each was thinking and as a result I got a beautiful room of carpet.
I must tell you that I am always concerned when I have to have some kind of work done that requires subcontractors. I have heard more excuses than I want to tell you.
It was a pleasure having your teams install my floors. I have already let some of my neighbors know Creative Floors did the work. Thanks for everything.

Just wanted to send a little note to say what a pleasure it was working with your employee Cassandra Lemons. When I first met Cassandra I had already visited many flooring stores and spoken with many reps but none of them left the first impression that Cassandra did. From the very beginning she struck me as being very helpful, honest, polite and of course cooperative.
When my wife and I decided to replace our carpet with wood floor we had no idea what a difficult and sometimes impossible task we were getting ourselves into. At the beginning, before we met Cassandra, we had many sleepless nights and restless days. We were gone from morning until evening trying to find exactly what we had in mind but somehow was never able to convey. We got samples that our eyes could hardly see let alone trying to identify if it was the right color, size, type etc. I remember the first day I visited Creative Floors Cassandra loaned me such big samples that I was in shock as to the trust she had in her clients and in particular me since this was our first encounter. I am sure this trust was not always positive but nevertheless she tried her best to gain her customers confidence thereby enriching her own. She gave me several samples on several occasions and we developed a great relationship that no other sales person had ever tried or cared to establish before.
Cassandra was always there to answer our many phone calls and pleas for help. We always depended on her to step in when we became frustrated and we know that we can still call on her should we need to in the future. There are very few people like Cassandra in this world and we are extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to meet and do business with her. My first impression still holds true several months after our first meeting and even after doing business with her….an extremely honest, polite and caring individual!
